Overall Budget Management Of Rural Credit Cooperatives

As a management tool for modern corporations, Overall Budget Management (OBM) is systematic, strategic and involves all employees-characteristics that are irreplaceable by any other management tools. The creation of a scientific budget management system is indispensable to the establishment and improvement of a modern corporate management system. OBM is a comprehensive corporate management system composed of a series of budget management systems. Budget management has long been used in China, but it is only in recent years that it has seen successful application on a broad scale. Most enterprises have realized its importance and scientific accuracy, but many blind spots still exist in terms of their understanding and practice.This report is divided into five sections. The first part of this paper mainly talks about the research background, the significance and methods and so on. The second part tells the theory of overall budget management system; the third section analyzes the problems and exposed in the process of applying OBM at Rural credit cooperatives Y; the forth section discusses strategies and recommendations for improving OBM at Rural credit cooperatives Y; the last part gives the conclusion, hoping to improve the day-to-day management of rural credit cooperatives Y.
