Studies On The Growth Of Mechanism Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprise In Group

The small and medium-sized enterprises play an irreplaceable role in promoting economic growth, providing the employment, adjusting and optimizing the configuration of industry, satisfying the diverse needs, as well as maintaining the social stability. With the development of the growth patterns of enterprises'group, more and more small and medium-sized enterprises begin to break through the three "bottleneck":lack of fund, backwardness of technology, and deficiency of talents, which has caused the attention of the academic and practical circle. It has an important meaning to solve the growth problem of small and medium-sized enterprises in the group, and thus promoting the quick development of small and medium-sized enterprises steadily, so as to ensure economic development and the social stability of our country.Based on the foreign and domestic scholars'theories about small and medium-sized enterprise group, through the survey in the influencing factors of the small and medium-sized enterprises'growth in our country, this paper established a growth model of small and medium-sized enterprises, that is, "the growth motive--entrepreneurial spirit, the growth ability--knowledge absorption and innovation ability, the growth resource base--enterprise interior resources and the colony network resource, the growth opportunity--industry environment", and it has been used in this paper. There are six parts in the whole paper:The first part is an introduction, which elaborated the research background and the significance, summarized the domestic and foreign related literature, made the brief narration, and then proposed the research methods and the possible innovation spot;The second part is the analysis of the correlated theories, the group effect and network growth mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprises was discussed in this part, this is the theory foundation of the whole paper;The third part is the core part, if firstly pointed out the differences between and those not in the group, and then discussed the influencing factors on the growth of mall and medium-sized enterprise in group. Based on the research results of predecessors, it established a model of growth of mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprise in group.The fourth part is the case analysis, under the above model; this part analyzed the growth condition of enterprise group in Shaodong, Hunan, and discussed the present and future problems, so as to provide some references to the local government.The fifth part promoted the countermeasures in promoting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprise in group, according to the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises in group, it proposed some countermeasures to promote health and rapid growth;The sixth part is the conclusion and expectation, which mainly summarized the whole research and put forward the future research direction.
