From the building area of low carbon evaluation index, the effects of low carbon scenic environment indicators and screening, eventually forming a tourist scenic spot low carbon evaluation index system. Choosing Xixi Wetland as an evaluation object to empirical research, According to the establishment of index system of Xixi Wetland on low carbon comprehensive pointrating, and according to the situation given scenic points of low carbon development suggestions. During the study, using the method of literature inquires, expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process and field survey method.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part of paper is mainly for research background and significance of the research, the context and frame structure. The second part with a lot of reference material, on the basis of research at home and abroad reviews in writing and introduces the related theory. The third chapter is the key research, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and expert consultation method to determine the effects of low carbon scenic effect of factors, according to the structural judgment matrix, and get the weight of each index, a comprehensive assessment system scenic The fourth chapter of Xixi Wetland through the empirical research on the rationality of the index system and verified in the project area scored lower improvements.This study is the creative in the following aspects:First, under the background of low carbon economy, this paper launches a scenic low carbon tourism research at present academia on low carbon tourism research shortages, and in this paper low carbon tourism is defined.
