Office furniture industry in China has been vigorous development after nearly 30 years of grew-up. But it causes some trouble to office furniture manufacturers on design, manufacture, sale because of many types of office furniture products and the more confusing markets. Meanwhile, an indisputable fact that China's furniture industry is facing with an increasingly mature market, increasing competition, serious homogeneity product, decreasing corporate profit margins in recent years. This paper studies the domestic office furniture market on above issues using some main research method such as market research, collecting datas, analyzing and summarizing. And it has a more comprehensive system.In this thesis, the following three aspects of the office furniture market were discussed:First, it studies office furniture development process in China's though the time line. Combined business case, it has done a general discussion on the status market of office furniture;Secondly, through domestic and international office furniture manufacturer in the domestic market operation and development of analysis, by means of the specific case of the office furniture market, it extracts some of the key issues in the domestic market at present, such as conceptual issues, product issues, standardization issues, marketing channels and so on, and gives the corresponding solution advice;Finally, it forecasts the future of office furniture products, marketing, brand, service system, international cooperation, market development trends base on the models of domestic work, office furniture market segment trends.Through a systematic study of office furniture, it may be concluded:Domestic office furniture industry's development must be market-oriented to benefit as the center, and improve standardization system of enterprises, improve product development design standards and promote the standardization of products, the scale of production, seize the domestic and foreign markets, do a good job market thin sub-business strategy and Specialization.As the future change in the form of office, office furniture design will be more humane, intelligent, more refined market segmentation. Development of office furniture manufacturing enterprises will be more brand, size and internationalization.
