Analysis On The Transition Of Modernization Of Business Family In Japan

With the promotion of Industrial Revolution in Japan, Mitsui family faces the crucial moment:how to comply with Japanese historical tide of the industrialized development, and how to realize the transition from policy trader to modern enterprise transition. The reform makes Mitsui realize the transition from policy trader to capitalist of modern industry smoothly. This article aims at Filling in the deficiency to the historical data on research of this reform of domestic academia.Describing four respects such as Japanese historical situation before the reform of Mitsui,internal situation of Mitsui before the reform,three major measures of the reform of Nakamigawa Hikojiro and the influence of the reform, this article wants to represent the objective and overall historical process of this historical incident, and to probe into the reason why Mitsui succeeds in making the transition. Then it obtains the proposition that the reform is a key reason of transition of Mitsui family smoothly in the course of the industrialized development, and the reform has important historical value in the history of Japanese Industrial Revolution.From the viewpoint on the important historic significance of the reform on Mitsui, the article has more profound understanding about the transition course and historical reasons.
