Study On The Relationship Between Construction Land Structure Changes And Benefits In Xi'an

Land is the basis for human survival and development. As a production factor of reforming the world, land is the spatial carrier for people participating in social activities. Utilization of land resource is closely related to urban social and economic development. Construction land is a main land use type, its structure change inevitably result in the benefits change. Analysis of regional construction land use changes in the structure and benefits, and approach to their relationship. It can provide the reference to adjust the land layout, achieve the optimal allocation of land resources and raise the level of intensive utilization. It has important significance to promote the construction land utilization benefit.This paper has researched the construction land structure change in Xi'an from 2002 to 2007, evaluated the economic benefit, social benefit, environmental benefit and comprehensive benefit. The relationship between the construction land structure and utilization benefit are studied based on the research above. Suggestions are put forward to provide reference for improving construction land structure and enhancing the benefits.This paper has been divided into five parts, the main content as follows:Chapter One: the introduction. It expounds the topics background, intention, meaning of this paper, research trends and evaluation of home and abroad. And the chapter brings up the study ideas, methods and innovation.Chapter Two: the construction land structure changes in Xi'an. This part mainly studied the scale changes of different types of construction land, the evolution of the internal structure and measured the information entropy of construction land structure. Finally, the chapter analyzed the reason of the construction land structure information entropy change.Chapter Three: the evaluation on the utilization benefit of construction land in Xi'an. The evaluation indicators system is established for construction land use benefits. The weights of indexes are determined by variation coefficient method and entropy method. Then the economic benefit, social benefit, environmental benefit and comprehensive benefit are calculated.Chapter Four: the empirical study on the relationship between construction structure changes and benefits in Xi'an. With the regression model, the relationship between information entropy of construction land structure and various benefits, construction land structure and various benefits are analyzed.Chapter Five: the conclusion, suggestion and prospect. This chapter summarized the analysis above, made some recommendations according to the results of analysis and forecast the future.
