The Analysis Of The Development Of Financial Holding Corporation In Shandong Province

The world financial business can be divided into mixed operation and separated operation, whose system evolution in many countries developed under the background of their special politics, economy and society, for the realization of a balanced and coordinated steadiness and efficiency of the financial industry, and for its strategic adjustment of the financial management model.Mixed and separated operations have advantages and disadvantages:separated operation is in favor of stability, while mixed operation leans on efficiency. Since the outbreak of the financial crisis in the United States, the controversy in Mixed and separated operation developed, but mixed operation has become the main trend of the world financial industry. Generally, the global financial Mixed Mode can be divided into loose mode of cooperation agreements, universal banking model and financial holding companies, of which the universal banking model and financial holding company are main. China is still one of the few countries of practicing separated operation, with the development of economic globalization, China's financial industry has developed into mixed operation in recent years. So far, china has formed of four types of financial holding company:financial holding company formed by state-owned banks of such financial institutions and financial holding company founded by non-bank financial institutions (the holding company includes two types:the first is financial holding company which considers the parent company as the group, the second is financial holding company which from the insurance business),industry groups which buy shares in the financial field pattern, the financial holding company lead by local government. They distinct from each other and provide services for the development of real economy, but there are still great gaps and deficiencies in comparison with other countries, especially in process of constructing their own local financial conglomerates, local governments play a leading role, not market-oriented. Shandong province, as the national economy, a populous province, formed his own financial holding company, but still have large gaps compared with the foreign trade, and it is not very consistent with his domestic economic status. This article analyzes the Citibank and deutsche bank pattern of success, and the four main mode of financial holdings company:the type of financial institutions in the holding company introduce the bank of china, china's commercial bank, the construction bank; non-bank financial institutions introduce Citic-group, ping an insurance group; industry groups which buy shares in the financial field pattern introduce new hope group and oriental group; financial holding company lead by local government introduces shanghai international group, Chongqing Yufu assets management ltd., investment conglomerates in Chengdu Sichuan province, Guangdong Yuehai investment holdings co.,ltd. Subsequently, we study the specific financial developments of holding company in Shandong province. They introduced industry groups which buy shares in the financial field pattern that is represented by Haier group, Shandong state-owned assets investment holdings co., ltd, and financial holding company lead by local government that is represented by Luxin group, and then we analyze the necessity of setting up financial holding company in Shandong province, and put forward suggestions and measures for building Shandong financial holding company, including property structure, organization structure, management theory and risk control, to be able to set up financial holding companies in Shandong province, promote the development of Shandong financial industry.
