The challenge for most of the companies is trying to meet customer requirement upon the increasing market competition situation. And this is how customer satisfactory orientated quality management system been established. It is focus on customer expectation and requirement towards quality target and standard. And setup dedicated quality control method and service. Project management is experienced at customer requirement management. Some methods of project management is also applicable for customer satisfactory orientated quality management. Project quality management has many unique insights which are helpful for customer satisfactory management. While project risk manage could help to identify, analyze, act, monitor the risk of any potential quality issue in customer satisfactory orientated quality management.This paper aims increase the quality management level of company A by referring to the project quality management and project risk management. Analyze the way of meet customer satisfactory and implement the successful experience of project quality management and project risk management.
