This paper is based on the study and the absorption of inventory management theory under the environment of supply chain, through the study of inventory management situation of distributors of electronic components-FNT LTD. (hereinafter referred to as company FNT) supply chain, after investigation and literature, come to the conclusion.by combining theory with practice and querying from point to surface.FNT is a representative private enterprise in the field of electronic industry. The article used the theories of supply chain inventory management as the main basis, the status of inventory management in the electronics industry circulation enterprise is interpreted, the inventory management mode in supply chain of the electronic components circulation enterprises is analyzed, the rational allocation of human resources in supply chain is then discussed, with a adaptive supply chain management team established. The dissertation also underscores that the establishment of coordinated system is needed considering the whole supply chain's benefit. Collaboration in supply chain can solve bottle-neck of low efficiency, increase customers' satisfaction rate and then settle the problem of low DSO and financing operation rate of the electronic components circulation enterprises.This research hope to find some more efficient solutions through study of the supply chain inventory management of FNT company, it will be effective for supply chain management optimition in semiconductor of FNT and also good reference to global suppliers to other electronic retailing enterprises.
