Therefore, how to develop better enterprise information system planning has become a new research topic.This paper first introduces the information construction background for real estate enterprise, including analysis for the situation and characteristics of information technology for domestic and foreign construction enterprises and the analysis for the general problems of the information construction for real estate enterprise; then elicits the important meanings for this topic; Secondly, the paper focus on analyzing the information construction planning problems for China's real estate enterprise, further elaborating the definition and importance for the information planning for real estate enterprise ; then, the paper has given a comprehensive analysis for structure system, features, functions and management for real estate enterprise, to make a solid foundation for building information system for real estate enterprise. By elaborating strategic natures and planning principles for information system planning, and combining the importance role of system planning in building information system construction, the paper proposes the main contents for information system planning and basic steps of system planning. Finally, a real estate business off-site project management system for example, more comprehensive information system on the function of the real estate enterprise applications and economic value are analyzed. By analysing of case, it proves that there was an effective guarantee of quality of this project. The development of the project is 11.1 percentage in advance than predictability and construction waste saved 14.5million, accounting for 1.89 percentage of the total investment. So that the overall efficiency index improved 2.36 percentage.The research of this project accumulated the experience of future market exploiting and manage method improving. All these would bring more meaningful value in the nearest future.
