The implementation of the reform and opening up of China's rural land under the family contract system, in order to accelerate rural economic development, increasing farmers income, to meet the market demand for agricultural products has played a significant policy effects. But with the deepening of reform, economic development, this form of management because of its small scale and gradually restricted the development of modern agriculture, farmers continued to increase impact of the bottleneck. Rural land contracting right is to enhance the proper management of agriculture, promote agricultural modernization, the necessary conditions to increase income of farmers.The research on the right to land contractual management shows that promote rural economic development, ensure national food security, increasing farmers income, maintaining the overall stability of rural society, that the key lies in a very limited ability to revitalize the agricultural land in this vast land assets, The establishment of socialist market economic system into line with the land contracting right market, revitalize rural agricultural land assets is a necessary way.The purpose of the paper: land contracting right of the market building, to improve the rural land management system to provide policy basis. Methods: Analysis and Empirical Research normative integration; documents and interview combined; qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results: the land contracting right market drivers are many, both the economy, is also a cultural, as well as system and management, but the main driving force is the economic driving force.
