Supply chain management(SCM) are currently the management ideas and methods of enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, which the international academic and business communities generall pay attention to. The current supply chain management is no longer stick to the inventory optimization, and optimization of supply chain marketing has also become a part of supply chain management. Agent has autonomous, interactive, reactive and proactive, it is more suitable than the traditional method for the development of supply chain management system. In particular, with help of consultations in e-commerce technology, it can improve the supply chain marketing system, resulting in more optimizing a large extent the entire supply chain management.In this paper, with the characteristics of the supply chain marketing system we present a multi-Agent supply chain marketing system model. Using game theory and the evaluation function, we study the model and using Agent tool JADE in the supply chain marketing system, we make the simulation of negotiations between saler and buyer. It widen the scope of supply chain research and provide a solid theoretical foundation and methodological guidance for the successful implementation of supply chain management.The main contents of this paper are list as follows1. The research status and trends of technology applied in this paper is analyzed and summarized, pointing out the problems that existing in the supply chain marketing system which is based on traditional software. By introducing the concept, properties and characteristics of Agent, the superiority is proposed.2. After studying the conceptual framework and operational processes of the supply chain distribution system, the supply chain marketing system based on Agent is proposed.3. The negotiation broker of the supply chain marketing system is specially researched, and a kind of negotiation model is proposed, at the same time, the negotiation strategy and process is also described.4. Introducing the Agent-based simulation tools JADE, and the life cycle, behavior and communication of Agent is defined and descried. Then the specific procedural realization framework of the system model is given, and taking online bookselling as an example to simply simulate the implementation process of the system.
