Research On Incubator Public Service Platform Construction Of Lanzhou High-tech Park

Currently, the studies on the construction of incubator public service platform are all aim at local east and central part. As one region of underdeveloped area, Lanzhou's economy and science and technology fall behind of other region. The development of Hi-tech is obviously slowly. We only focus on renting house and simple service. Up to now, if we want to have a high speed advance, we must to build a public service platform.This platform is not as same as other countries, it should be based in the western region development status of technology companies and continue to explore. In this paper, we will learn success of some advanced incubator, to explore a way in Lanzhou High-tech Development Zone Incubator features ideas of public service platform.Based on the Lanzhou High-tech Park Service of the Public Service System devices exist in a single service model, resources to be integrated in the service platform issues such as initial stage of the analysis. and we draw a conclusion that the platform should be consist of four modules. These modules are intermediate platform, information platform, investment platform and technique platform. In addition, the function of platform must be adjust in pace with the different stage of every enterprises' development.
