Application Study On Medium-sized And Small Enterprises Bionic Management Model

The theory of enterprise \niche is an important content of the enterprise ecology. The niche theory discusses the similarity relation between biont and enterprise from the perspective of enterprise bionic, providing a new perspective and thinking for the research of enterprises bionic management model. This paper studies enterprises bionic management model from niche point of view, reorganizing and conforming biological niche, enterprise niche, four models of enterprises bionic management and the application of enterprises bionic management model.Firstly, this paper introduces the background, situation, problems, method and technology route of study,. After giving an overview of the theories, such as biological niche, enterprise niche, and four biological lifestyles, four models of enterprises bionic management are offered. Secondly, enterprises bionic management model based on mutation theory is build after analyzing and evaluating the enterprise's own ability, external ability and the number of the enterprise partners. And it makes empirical analysis taking the case of Sunlord Electronics Co., Ltd., and determines its bionic management model. Finally, the application and countermeasure of its bionic management mode are expanded according to the situation and problems of medium-sized and small enterprises and the characteristics of enterprises bionic management model.Then a chain of causality model of enterprises bionic management based on mutation theory is build, which can help the manager to choose appropriate enterprise management mode and provide with related countermeasures. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new view, and offer a useful idea for enterprises that pursue the sustained competitive advantage in the drastic competition of the information economy.
