Accompanied with the staff strengthening career management, organization career management become an important part of HRM. And the effectiveness of organization career management also affects the staffs job satisfaction and organizations commitment. Therefore, in view of this kind of thinking, this article setting shenzhen hi-tech enterprise knowledge-based employees for example, discusses the mechanism of organization career management affecting the job satisfaction and organizations commitment.Firstly, this article studies the foreign and domestic documents of relevant content. It forms the organization career management, job satisfaction and organizations commitment questionnaires. The questionnaires use Five-point Likert 5 Scale measures. Through the survey on that analysis, the article adjust the items of the questionnaire and form the small sample survey. This stage primarily uses SPSS 16.0 for analysis. The sample is the scope of shenzhen hi-tech enterprise knowledge based employees.On the basis of small example questionnaire, the article fixes the item structure of the organization career management, job satisfaction and organizations commitment questionnaires. Through the large sample surveys, the article verifies the item structure of the organization career management, job satisfaction and organizations commitment questionnaires. Finally, the article comes to the organization career management structure of the four dimensions:fair promotion, provide information, career development, developmental training, but we didn't separate job satisfaction and organizations commitment into dimensions.In the period of large sample survey, the article confirms the structural validity of the questionnaire by the confirmatory factor analysis. With the Lisrel 18.70, this study draws the conclusion that organization career management stimulates the job satisfaction and organizations commitment. But fair promotion doesn't affect organizations commitment very clearly. Furthermore, job satisfaction also has a clear affection on the organizations commitment.The article's conclusions will be helpful for improving the knowledge-based staff's job satisfaction and organizations commitment, strong employee's loyalty, enhance enterprises internal competitive. It suggests shenzhen hi-tech enterprise must strengthen organization career management, meet the staff special needs, take staff development seriously, integrate the enterprises develop with the staff develop, improve the knowledge-based staff's job satisfaction and organizations commitment. |
