Studies On The Development Mode And Countermeasure Of Zhengzhou International Logistics Park

Along with the deepening of global economic integration and the increasingly frequent international trade, it springs up a group of international logistics park and logistics center city, such as, Chicago, Duisburg, Frankfurt, Paris are interior type international logistics centers and Kansas City and Dallas are inland-scale international logistics park. Zhengzhou is suitable for the construction of inland-based international logistics park because it is the center of China's territory, its transport infrastructure of railway, highway, aviation are developed and its commercial industry is flourishing owing to the concentrated population. The construction of Zhengzhou International Logistics Park is not only able to promote the rapid growth of logistics industry in Zhengzhou and even Henan province, to undertake high value-added industries to enhance the matching ability and to accelerate the realization of Henan's economic structure optimization but also able to help improve the logistics network of central and western regions, to promote the formation of large markets and large industrial pattern of circulation in central and western, and to promote the take-off of edge industries and undertake the transfer of industries in central and western regions. So the construction of Zhengzhou International Logistics Park has significantly enabled meaning to the rise of the central and western regions.At present the study of international logistics park primarily focused on the research of international logistics park in coastal areas, but mostly the study of the layout of logistics park. This paper will introduce the concept of supply chain management to the international logistics park's development strategies and put forward the development strategy of inland water bonded port in Zhengzhou International Logistics Park based on the theories of the industry cluster theory, the "Polarization - trickle-down" theory and the value chain theory.Firstly, this paper points out the theories of Zhengzhou International Logistics Park, gives the connotation of international logistics park and puts forward the function of Zhengzhou international logistics park should have. Secondly, this paper analysis of the status of Zhengzhou logistics industry, the advantages and disadvantages of Zhengzhou development of international logistics park and the relationship between the advantages and disadvantages and the development. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the development model of Zhengzhou International Logistics Park and points out the benefits to Zhengzhou, Henan, and even the western regions from economic and social aspects of the development of Zhengzhou International Logistics Park. And in this paper, it introduces the GM (1,1) mode, analyses the freight volume of the last nine years of Henan province and forecasts the freight volume of the next six years of Zhengzhou International Logistics Park. Then, this paper presents five development countermeasures in order to protect the smooth development of Zhengzhou International Logistics,such as, building an advanced logistics infrastructure, constructing logistics information platform, creating inland bonded port, and so on. Finally, the paper should give some safeguards to Zhengzhou International Logistics Park from industry support, development and management, and so on.
