Financial Industry Cluster On The Impact Of Regional Economic Growth

Since the 70s of the 20th century, against the background of the economic and financial globalization and the information, it is gradually obvious that the financial industry has the tendency to spatial concentration, and clustering has become the basic form of modern financial industry organization. China as a big country with vast territory, its geographical imbalance of financial development is particularly pronounced and it has significant difference in the degree of financial concentration. Financial development for economic growth is especially important. Financial industry cluster as a part of the financial development, its concentration level directly influences the level of regional economic growth mode and speed. Because finance places an important role in the economic development and financial resources has become the main target of a regional competition at this stage in China, many cities seeking competitive advantage in the financial position and more financial resources, have included the local financial center into the long-term development plan, and in some places there is even the competition of China or international financial centers. Therefore, with the deepening of China's financial reform, the financial industry cluster formation and its mechanism of action studies, and revealing the formation of China's regional finance, its distribution and its effect on economic growth, have an important practical significance in China's financial reform and financial industries development.This paper is based on the basic theory of spatial economics and financial geography, and makes the study around the financial industry cluster. First, it makes the construction of the financial industry cluster theory, analyzes the content of the financial industry cluster, the motivation of formation, the form of evolution, describes the financial industry cluster's approach to promote regional economic growth and the positive and negative effects of the financial industry cluster; Secondly, it gives an analysis on the financial industry cluster's situation and development trend of major urban centers, four major economic areas and the ChangShanJiao economic circle in China, and establishes a panel data model on the description of the situation, and then makes an empirical test to the factors of the financial industry cluster in economic development of ChangShanJiao economic circle, afterwards probes into the influence of the financial industry cluster on the regional economic growth; Finally, it puts forward the policy and recommendations to speed up the reform of financial macro system, optimize the financial industry environment, enhance the financial industry cluster's levels and accelerate the pace of building financial centers to promote the development of China's the financial industry cluster.
