China is the world's largest textile and garment production and export of the country. With the escalation of global competitiveness, the rapid development of science and technology, efficient, modern production technology and management methods have been gradually accepted and used textile and garment enterprises. From modern clothing trend and characteristics of the development of enterprises, some domestic apparel enterprises have adopted large-scale business process reengineering and optimization, breaking the traditional division of labor management. However, M textile and apparel companies as another main product---home weaving, the trend is to proceed gradually in the business process, emphasis on\process oriented\alternative to the original\function-oriented\form, thus establishing a its own characteristics, management, and ultimately improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Textile and garment enterprises in the annual output and exports rank first in the world, is an important source of export earnings. However, the textile and private enterprises also have a short life cycle characteristics. This research process reengineering in the grasp of organization theory, theory of operation and management information process reengineering BPR based on the theory, the use of case analysis, M from the analysis of the development process the company began more than 10 years, on major issues and emerging solutions for in-depth analysis and research, and the company finally concluded that the development of plans and proposals for future work.The paper added this empirical analysis using factor analysis to demonstrate, that the business process design and reengineering of the textile and garment enterprises to a certain stage in the development, which enable the sustainable development of enterprises and improve their competitiveness and indispensable factor. Summed up by private enterprises in textile and apparel design and business process reengineering their processes to overcome the defects and improve competitive advantage, and finally managed to create better business environment and continuous development.
