As a basic industry, petrochemical industry has greatly improved its industry comprehensive strength. The new policy brings about the chance of adjusting and upgrading the industrial structure. Petro China Company Limited, which is a state-controlled general petrochemical enterprise, should seize this moment, considering the differences of areal distribution, to make efficient marketing strategy.This article is divided into five chapters.
