Study On The Evaluation Of Timber Resources Assets Based On GIS In Meicheng Forest Farm

In order to promote the management of forest assets of Meicheng forest farm's pace of reform. This paper, based on forest resource inventory data of Meicheng forest farm.According to the age group of four dominant forest trees:Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata),Masson pine(Pinus massoniana Lamb),Cork oak( Quercus variabilis Blume ) and Liquidambar ( Liquidambar formosana Hance).Using replacement cost method and market price of timber down algorithm for the field of young forest, half mature forest and mature forest over the past into assets assessment.Furthermore, taking forest survey in 2005 as basic maps and forest resource inventory of 1:25000 small stock map as data based; Geoway3.0 as forest resources spatial data collection platform; With the support of ArcGIS9.0 software, making the map of timber production distribution of all dominant species, the map of distribution of various ages of Chinese fir,Masson pine,Cork oak and Liquidambar, the map of the age group of assets distribution, the map of the dominant species distribution assets of Meicheng forest farm, the map of distribution of assets in each age group and the map of assets classification Map of Meicheng forest farm.As a results:(1)After evaluation,overall assessment of timber trees by the total volume was 32.21million yuan. For Chinese fir was 18.92 million yuan,Masson pine was 9.76 million yuan, Cork oak was 3.39 million yuan and Liquidambar was 141 thousand yuan.(2)The assets of young forest was 618.2 thousand yuan, half mature forest was 13.46million yuan, near mature and mature forest was 18.13 million yuan.(3)The assets of Chinese fir included young forest, half mature forest, near mature and mature forest were 10.12 million yuan, The asset of young forest was 336.8 thousand yuan, half mature forest was 10.12million yuan, near mature and mature forest was 8.46 million yuan.(4)The assets of Masson pine included young forest, the assets of near mature and mature forest was 85 thousand yuan, the assets of near mature and mature forest was 9.67 million yuan.(5)The assets of Cork oak included young forest and half mature forest. the assets of young forest was 55.1 thousand yuan, the assets of half mature forest was 3.34 million yuan. (6)Liquidambar only included young forest, the assets of young forest was 141 thousand yuan.
