The Pearl River Delta Industrial Clister Development And Its Reference For Guangxi

In the context of economic globalization, the production of specialisation makes related activities clustered geographically which calls industrial clusters.Industrial clusters It is a form of organization between enterprise and market, which has a cooperative network and becomes a highlight of local economic growth. Since the late 80s of last century, coastal areas in Guangdong has formed a number of export-oriented processing industry clusters which are mainly driven by foreign investment. The development of these clusters not only drives the rapid growth of the local economy, but also brings new model for China's regional economic development. More and more scholars are concerned about this phenomenon and try to explain the formation mechanism of industry clusters from various angles,try to analyze laterally and vertically the role of enterprises,government and aid agencies in the development processing of industrial clusters.This paper firstly reviews the domestic and international research on industrial clusters, secondly begins with the current situation of industrial clusters in the Pearl River Delta, thirdly analyzes the development process of the Pearl River Delta industrial clusters and cluster characteristics, fourthly sums up four factors (natural resources, markets, government regulation and the environment) which affects the industrial cluster, the framework which is to analyze the development of the Pearl River Delta information clusters, which sets an example for Guangxi Industrial Cluster, then proceeds from the current situation of Guangxi industrial clusters and the necessity for the development of industrial clusters strategy.Classifying the different cluster models on the basis of different formation mechanism of the development of industrial clusters in Guangxi, and analyzing the features of the major industries. Furthermore, analyzing the encountered issues on the process of Guangxi's industrial cluster, focusing on Guangxi Industrial Clusters public services and infrastructure situation which the government should play a leading role in the development of industrial clusters.
