The aim of this paper is to provide scientific evidence for improving marketing personnel job satisfaction, enhancing the sales volume of performance and leading the training of the export-oriented enterprises through research of relationship between job satisfaction and performance which before and after the emotional intelligence training.This paper uses self-designed Questionnaire of Enterprise Employees' Satisfaction Questionnaire as research tool, the samples were 386 employees choosed out of three companys:Kerry Ltd. Co., Siemens(Shenzhen) and Mindray Ltd. Co., the result shows that the creditability and efficiency of self-designed Enterprise Employees' Satisfaction Questionnaire is complied to the statistic principle, and the questionnaire can be regarded as a tool to measure the satisfaction of sales staff in export-oriented enterprises.The statistic analysis result shows that:(1)Emotional intelligence training has significant impact on sales performance for the sales staff in export-oriented enterprises. There is an extreme difference between the performance of employees in experiment team and the one in control team. There is also an extreme difference between the performance of employees in experiment team before and after emotional intelligence training;(2)Emotional intelligence training has significant impact on job satisfaction for the sales staff in export-oriented enterprises. There is an extreme difference between the job satisfaction of employees in experiment team and the one in control team. There is also an extreme difference between the job satisfaction of employees in experiment team before and after emotional intelligence training;(3)After the emotional intelligence training, there is an extreme difference between export-oriented enterprise's male and the female sales staff on the performance and job satisfaction;(4)After the emotional intelligence training, there is an extreme difference between export-oriented enterprise's sales staff with difference education background on the performance and job satisfaction.
