Study On Evaluation Of Sustainable Land Use In Harbin City

Land, the foundation of the mankind survival and economic development,is a kind of the most valuable resources as well as the fundamental source of social productivity.With the development of the society and economy,the government and society pay more attention to the issue of the sustainable development. Being the carrier of all activities of hunman beings,the sustainable land utilization shows so important and has become the important basis and for the sustainable development of human society and core content of it.Sustainable utilization evaluation of land resource is the core issue of sustainable land utilization research.Its goal is to evaluate.By scientific and objective evaluation,it analyzes natural,economic and social attributes of land utilization of region,measure whether land is properly used,monitor situation and degree of the sustainable land use,determin the state and problems of present land utilization system,and then found the comprehensive policy-making and coordinated administration of the sustainable land use,to provide the base for improving land utilization planning and managing.The thesis focuses on the land resources of Harbin on basis of the sustainable theoretical study,establishing an evaluation system of sustainable utilization according to the conditions and present status of the utilization of land resources,caring out data analysis and comparative study about the utilization conditions and current status.It introduces three indicators—resources environment indicators,economic indicators and social indicators,making out the figures of indicators and the value of weight by using a combination analysis approach of fixed-quantity hierarchy process.Membership function of fuzzy mathematics is adopted to nondimensionalize indexes of the system,Then the method of weighting is applied to grasp the level of the sustainable land use in Harbin city from 1996 to 2006.And coordination model is used to get the coordination degree of the sustainable use of land in Harbin.The result declare:in 1996,the data of the level of sustainable utilization of land resources for Harbin is 62.71,It's in the junior sustainable development stage.In 2006,the level is 81.89,which shows the basic stage of sustainable use.Though minor fluctuation still exists,the overall tendency is rising,coordination degree is good.On this basic,find out the main factors that affect the sustainable land use and put forwards some suggests on how to improve the level of the sustainable land use in Harbin.
