It is the necessary request of the period development and society progress to carry out the "people-oriented" concept in modern organizations. However, because there are some leaders in modern organizations who haven't correctly understood the scientific meaning and philosophy basic of the "people-oriented" concept, and totally right to treat the objective existed nature of the employee's protection and attack to the organization and their value to organization's development, the relationship between organization and its members is not very harmonious. So we have to make deep research on the relationship between organization and individuals shaping each other, to provide theory support and practical way to really achieve the "people-oriented" in organizations.This paper which is based on the shaping philosophy transforms the pure,great,consummate,static "person" of the "people-oriented" into the material,dynamic "person", and studies on the value change between organization and individuals from the shaping point of view. The main contents are as follows:(1) Making introduction to theoretical principle of interrelated content,concept and the relationships between people and nature on shaping philosophy; (2) Through the investigation and study on the individuals'protection and attack to organization, we can get the necessity and perceptual knowledge about the relationship between organization and individuals; (3) Afer making a definition of the shaping relation in organization, and analyzing four relationships, including shaping individuals'inner quality,the shaping among individuals,the individuals shaping organization and the organization shaping individuals, we make definite the influencing factors, classify them and compositor their importance; (4) We first use the cluster analysis to divide the individual type into three levels, and then use the physics "field concept" and the theory of organizational behavior to build the "shaping field" between organization and individuals, and divide the conscious type of the influencing factors and give a definition of sequence parameters, and finally according to the concepts and formulas of the "electromagnetic field" as well as the principle of AHP to build the factor importance measure function and the shaping degree measure function, and study on the shaping degree of the two relationships; (5) We probe the questions that we should pay attention to in the organizational regulation management, including fully valuing the worth and action of people,emphasizing the organization culture and harmonious,abundantly ensuring the validity of regulation and continually maintaining the fair and justice of regulation, in order to provide some reference and proposal about how to deal with the relationship between organization and individuals, and truly live up to the harmonious management in organizations.
