The organizational corruption become a focused issue for society and scholars, because of its frequency. It is not just happened in the field of political science, but also in sociology and management. Thus, the researchers developed the term of organization corruption, and divided it into corrupt individuals and corrupt organization. Among them, it still lacks the influencing factor analysis according to corrupt organization, especially the empirical analysis in current researches.This paper divided employee-organization relationship into the following two dimensions from organizational perspective, the provided incentives and expected contributions, according to the existing researches, studied their effects on corrupt individuals of organization by the intermediaries of perceived qrganizational support and leader-member exchange, and finally built the model of employee-organization relationship, perceived organizational support and leader-member exchange’s impact on corrupt individuals of organization. In methodology, this research conducted questionnairy method, analysing the287valid ones. By using the factor analysis, validity analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis, variance analysis, combined with SPSS19.0software, it empirically analysis the model developed in this paper. The main findings:1. The two dimensions of employee-organization relationship,the provided incentives and expected contribution have significant impact on corrupt individuals of organization, among which, the former has negative impact, while the latter has positive effect, meanwhile, there exists obvious differences among different types of employee-organization relationship;2. Perceived organizational support negatively affects corrupt individuals of organization;3. Leader-member exchange influences not much on corrupt individuals of organization;4. Perceived organizational support plays a full mediating role between provided incentives and corrupt individuals of organization;5. Leader-member exchange is a full intermediary between provided incentives and corrupt individuals of organization, while plays a partial intermediary role between expected contributions and corrupt individuals of organization. This paper further discusses its possible reasons, and also directions for future research.
