New national coal resource potential evaluation carried out. It's necessary to evaluate coal resources,to determine the degree of excellency, to make superior and inferior classification, to determine the order for the order for the short-term, mid-term and long-term development and further exploration.Accordingly,multi- disciplinary the full cross- mathematical model,which makes full consideration of economic factors and resource conditions and fully reflect the spatial, dynamic, real-time characteristics,and multi-disciplinary, has become an important topic of current research.According to characteristics of the evaluation of coal resources, coal resources evaluation unit is divided into the geological conditions, mining and technical conditions, external conditions and so on three one-level indexes. On this basis, one-level indexes are divided into nine two-level indexes and twenty three-level indexes.Paper reasonably determines weights of Multi-level evaluation impact factor by analytical hierarchy process.With the basic theoretical framework of systems engineering, using gray clustering analysis in gray sysem theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in fuzzy theory, Paper, respectively, evaluates the potential coal resources in Shanmian and compares the two methods, Which Come to Shaanxi Coalfield mian evaluation of the five projection area results:Duzhang>Yinghao>Bailang>Daan>Shangtou.The two methods overcome fuzzy and gray that the coal resources evaluation exist, have some practical significance.
