Case Analysis Of The Forest Industrial Distribution Of Hubei Province

Though more than fifty years of reformation and development, the forest of China is transforming from tradition forest to modern forest, and now putting forest industrialization into practice is an important path by which we can realize forestry modernize. As an important part of the national economy, the products of the forest industry which relate to a number of industries and sectors have various kinds and long industry chain. Speeding up and optimizing the process of forest industry, which are the corn content of entirely advancing the forestry modernization, can not only make for promoting the sustainable development of human beings and nature, but also can contribute to the promotion of regional employment income. As a important province of central China, Hubei province is rich in the forest resources and has a large scale of the forest industry. In recent years, the system of the industry chain which is mainly bodied by resource training, ecological protection, and processing and utilization has began to take shape. However, it is still in the primary stage of development overall and the ability of overall coordinate development of the forest industry chain is not enough. Thus, there will be an essential theory and reality meaning to explore the optimization model of forest industry chain of Hubei province.In this paper, on the basis of totally mastering the research trends of at home and abroad, taking the means of demonstration analysis, combining the local physical truth, it analyzed the forest industry of Hubei province from the perspective of industry chain. The result proclaimed the distribution, intension and character and the existing problems. And then the research made a further effort to explore the development mentality and countermeasure of the forest industrialization of Hubei province.First of all, on the basis of consulting and analyzing the correlation literature of at home and abroad, we analyzed and summarized the concept and intension of the forest industrialization and forest industry chain and analyzed the objective necessity of the development of the forest industry from the perspective of connotation of the forest industrialization.Secondly, the paper has summarized the forest situation of Hubei province. It is rich in forest resource there and the base of the forest industrialization is good. According to the traditional thrice industry classify, it has investigated the four forest industry types of woody physical energy forest, commercial forest, ecological public welfare forest, and summarized the composite distribution layout of the forest industry of Hubei province.Finally, it made many case studies from the perspective of industry chain. It chose the castanea mollissima industry of Luotian county and camellia oleifera industry of Huang gang city as examples for the woody physical energy forest, the poplar industry of Shishou city for the commercial forest, western eco-cultural tourism circle for ecological public welfare forest. The existing problems and the character of industry chain has been analyzed separately and the relevant industrialization countermeasure has been raised one by one.
