Due to the poor lithology and low intensity of surrounding rock, the unreasonabledesign of coal pillar and multiple effects including high lateral abutment pressure,roadway excavation disturbance and working face mining, the haulage roadway withhigh stress, fractured surrounding rock and serious deformation of No.5216workingface in WangZhuang coal mine unable to meet the normal use of roadway during miningand seriously affect the safety production of working face. Aiming at these engineeringproblems, this paper takes advantage of many methods including theoretical analysis,numerical simulation, laboratory experiments and field test to research based on thegeological condition. The following contents have been researched:(1)Through numerical simulation,the paper analysis the stress environment beforeroadway driving and Stress, displacement, plastic zone distribution law after roadwaydriving and during working face mining. The deformation and failure reasons andcharacteristics have been revealed.(2)Through the study on deformation and failure cause and characteristics of theexperimental roadway, and based on the grouting consolidation strength experiment,the grouting reinforcement mechanism of experimental roadway has been revealed:shallow grouting can make fractured surrounding rock consolidation, improve itsmechanical properties and its carrying capacity and become bearing structure with theanchorage zone and then control the deformation of deep surrounding rock. The deepgrouting of roof can improve mechanics parameters of weak bedding surface betweenroof strata that can prevent the shear rupture of the roof strata which could cause theAnchor invalidation. Therefore, the grouting reinforcement control technology offractured surrounding rock stability has been put forward.(3) Different schemes of grouting reinforcement have been put forward and theschemes of using shallow grouting combined with grouting anchor grouting has beendetermine. The effect stability control of fractured surrounding rock of roadway isremarkable.(4)Field test shows that the grouting reinforcement scheme of shallow combinedwith hollow grouting anchor cable with ZKD materials can effectively solves the problem of serious deformation and difficulty supporting of roadway which hasfractured surrounding with the influence of both the lateral abutment pressure and theadvance abutment one. The control effect is remarkable, so the roadway is able to meetthe need of the working face mining.The research can provide some important theoretical basis and effective technicalway of reinforcement technique in the similar conditions of roadway through theoreticalresearch and engineering practice. |
