| Butadiene is an important organic raw materials based on petrochemicals and synthetic rubber monomer, olefin petrochemical raw materials in the position second only to ethylene and propylene, can be used to produce adiponitrile, nylon66,1,4-butanediol,hexamethylene diamine, etc., and organic chemical products used for adhesives, gasoline additives, a wide range of uses. With the world the development of the global chemical industry, the domestic butadiene production technology has been optimized, long-term shortage situation will be completely resolved, the current domestic production of butadiene plant there are three main methods:acetonitrile method, dimethyl carbamoyl amine and NMP method. This graduation design research is accomplished based on the process of technology provided by a organic chemical plant, which used acetonitrile-based method to produce butadiene on a scale of50,000tons yearly. Necessary calculation, such as material balance, heat balance, the specification of equipments including heat exchangers and related data was done at a capacity of70,000tons a year. In addition, a calculation model of sieve-plate column of distillation unit was built based on general design calculation method. Meanwhile, the working of Process Flow Diagram and equipment data sheet was finished in an effort to provide valuable reference to similar plants. Under the condition of profitable economical analysis and solid feasible theoretical foundation, this research will help to promote technological advance and make full use of resources and funds. |
