Study On The Separation Of Isoprene By Extractive Distillation With Acetonitrile

Lanzhou Petrochemical Company's plant with 3,000 t/a segregation of C₅ by acetonitrile,according to the thermal dimerization,continuous distillation,extractive distillation and other principles,using part of the continuous,intermittent program section to separate Isoprene.This thesis focuses on thermal dimerization and pre-separation,first acetonitrile extraction,second acetonitrile extraction to collect datas.In the test,The problems such as the difference of the thermal two reaction,the abnormal of the reaction between the two groups,the difference of the extraction effect,the effect of the inhibitor and the reduction of the purity of the acetonitrile are solved,and the difficult problem is solved through technical improvement and process adjustment,The improved test is feasible and reasonable,and the test can provide technical support and theoretical basis for the promotion of acetonitrile method in China.
