| Vegetable jute as medicine and food is rich in calcium and selenium, recognized as a health care vegetable. In this article, we picked the fresh high-quality vegetable jute and preprocessed, including drying and grinding, and then filtered the powder through a sieve with120mesh size, getting the dry powder, as a result.1. After rigorous testing, it was found that vegetable jute drying powder was rich in nutrients, among which the content of the protein was21.4g/100g, the total dietary fiber was42.5g/100g, the calcium was1.7*104mg/kg, the potassium was4.0*104mg/kg, the sodium was1.3*102mg/kg, the magnesium was4.2*103mg/kg, the ferrum was4.4*102mg/kg, the selenium was0.02mg/kg, the vitamin E was11.1mg/100g, vitamin C was14.8mg/100g, the beta carotene was144mg/kg and the total amino acid was184g/kg. Compared with the common vegetables, the main nutritional ingredients in the vegetable jute drying powder, such as the contents of two important vitamins(vitamin E and vitamin C), the protein and the total dietary fiber, far surpassed those in the broccoli, leek, celery cabbage, pakchoi and leaf mustard respectively. Besides, the mineral substances contents in the vegetable jute drying powder, containing calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and selenium also far exceeded those in the broccoli, leek, celery cabbage, pakchoi and leaf mustard respectively. However, the content of sodium was lower than that of common vegetables such as broccoli, celery cabbage and pakchoi. Therefore, it showed that the application of hemp food powder for the development of functional products had the health care value.2. This article introduced a new technology, which used vegetable jute powder as the basic material, producing the hemp-puffed food by double screw extruder extrusion process. Its production formula was the usage of vegetable jute drying powder was500g, Globin Peptide950g, light calcium carbonate117.6g, glycyrrhizic acid19.6g, and sugar588g per10kilogram. Before the wet egal system grain process, appropriate vegetable oil and high quality pure water were necessary. At the later stages of processing, we adopted chocolate coated dryer in the added coating process, improving the flavor of the product and market competitiveness. 3. This paper also introduced the production process of the vegetable jute chewable tablets. Its formula was the proportion of vegetable jute drying powder was60%, starch22%, sugar3%, creamer5%, mannitol3%, magnesium stearate1%and maltodextrin5%. After filtering the raw material through120mesh sieve, vegetable jute powder could be used as raw material for tablet production. The producting processes completed after the wet granulationand and the tabletting process. The green finished products with a uniform thickness, a neat edge and a double convex circle attracted the customers. Besides, the average weight of chewable tablets was0.6g. What is more, vegetable jute chewable tablets’ smooth and graceful appearance and a little sweetness made it good. Finally, the simple, stable and feasible operation had the marketing value. |
