Concentration of silicate in water is an important test item of high purity water, with the increase of water consumption in modern industry (power plants, semiconductor industry), the studies of chemistry analysis method and detection techniques of silicate have great significance. Research and design an economical and suitable intelligent chemistry analyzer have important economic value and practical needs.The current research status of the chemical analysis of silicate and detection techniques of China and abroad is described. The characteristics of various chemical analysis is introduced, and an effective detection method of luminol chemiluminescence is selected to be chemistry analyzer’s principle. Combined with principles of chemical analysis, a detection silicate concentration intelligent chemistry analyzer is developed. Several research works are addressed as follows:(1) Overall schematic design of the intelligent chemistry analyzer. Combined with the testing requirements of industrial water, according to the principle of luminol chemiluminescen ce, the analyzer system is proposed and each subsystem is designed;(2) Mechanical design of the intelligent chemistry analyzer. Part and assembly drawings of the analyzer are accomplished with software AutoCAD. Easily worn-out parts are modeled and analyzed based on software Pro/E and ANSYS;(3) Design of control system circuit according to the specific analyzer’s test requirements. The chips are selected based on functional requirements, and the circuit is designed and finished with Altium Designer software, simulated and debugged; PCB is designed and produced under PCB design module;(4) Design of control system software. Based on RT-Thread real-time operating system, writing and debugging software programs are completed in Keil μVision4.0development environment.
