There are five basic modes of oil transportation——water transport, rail transport, truck transport, air transport and pipeline transport. The trait of pipeline transport is low cost, high security and large capacity. For these reasons, pipeline transportation is the most favorite adopted by crude oil and product oil. Pipeline pump is the "heart" of pipeline oil, which provide power for pipeline. With the development of the pipeline, the transmission capacity of pipeline pump is increasing, pipeline pump toward to the big flow, high pressure, high lift direction.The large pipeline pump of this article is in the horizontal single stage, drive BB2type. It applies to20million tons/year oil pipeline. This paper analyzes the pump’s internal flow field, parsing the pump pressure boundary components, the split side and the vibration of the rotor performance. The main jobs and research results are as follows:1、To this kind of large single stage pipeline pumps,the research significance and research status are summarized, the designing method of hydraulic is analyzed.2、According to design requirements, determine the specific design, pump series for level1.Take the double suction impeller, the double spiral structure. Design of shell of the suction chamber, pressurized water chamber and the impeller outlet hydraulic model; make sure of the suction chamber, the pressure of water chamber, impeller flow channel size and shape of the blade structure, highly efficient and stable pipeline pump.3、This paper briefly introduces the basic method and procedure of numerical calculation, using3D software for large open pipeline pumps in the single stage3D modeling, ANSYS for meshing pump model.4、Using FLUENT software to carry on the numerical simulation, discusses the regular pattern of large open pipeline pumps internal flow in single stage; In the pump body strength, open the seal was analyzed; through vibration analysis software, the vibration of the rotor performance analytical verification.5、Performance test at the scene of the pumping station, the performance of the pump are verified.
