In the present circumstances, chlorination process industry which chlorine have hydrogen chloride by-product of many, such as CPC (chloro pivaloyl chloride), the production process of chloroacetic acid, chlorinated paraffin, chlorobenzene, hydrogen chloride generated contains a certain amount of chlorine, hydrogen chloride can be recovered for the the use of chlorine content of less than lOppm, requirements. Method this paper used is activated carbon adsorption for removing hydrogen chloride inside the chlorine, by changing the kinds of activated carbon adsorption, temperature and times of regeneration conditions, obtained the equipment investment, operation cost, product index, the efficiency of processing and other aspects of the conclusion, after the study on the treatment of isolated hydrogen chloride, chlorine methods related to the distillation method, obtains the equipment investment, operation cost, product index, the efficiency of processing and other aspects of the conclusion. Finally is the comparison of the two aspects of the related data, several treatment effect and operation cost and other aspects, draw relevant conclusions, provide some suggestions for the development of chemical industry in our country.
