This paper conducted potash feldspar-phosphate rock-nitric acid or phosphoric acid reactionprocess research milling system, also investigated the effect of reaction products on seedgermination performance. The results show that: in the phosphate rock and potash feldspar massratio of1:1, potash feldspar-phosphate rock-potassium phosphate system provides poor results,potassium dissolution rate at25%. Feldspar-phosphate-nitric acid system is more appropriateprocess parameters for the amount of nitric acid was2mL/(g phosphate), the mass fraction of45%nitric acid, ball speed of600rpm, milling time of10h, the ball feed ratio of30:1, when thedissolution rate of56.56%of potassium, phosphorus elution was72.76%.Various factors, the amount phosphate rock maximum effect on the reaction, increasing theamount phosphate rock, potassium dissolution rate will be significantly increased, phosphate rockand potash feldspar in a mass ratio of2:00, potassium dissolution rate can reach90%above. Variousother factors affecting the size of the order of the reaction is: the amount of nitric acid> nitric acidmass fraction> ball speed> milling time> ball feed ratio. potash feldspar-phosphate rock-nitric acidor phosphoric acid system reaction process both Ca2+and K+ion exchange, another fertilizer potashfeldspar decomposition reaction of hydrofluoric acid decomposition products. But mention thecontribution of potassium potash feldspar, potash feldspar hydrofluoric acid decomposition plays adominant role, Ca2+exchange and K+ions from a supporting role.In this paper, the use of artificial incubator also investigated potash feldspar-phosphate rock-nitric acid or phosphoric acid solution on the seed germination rate, root length, plant height effects,the results showed that the reaction solution on seed germination has good role in promoting. |
