There are large gaps between domestic and foreign delay time accuracy. In addition to delay domposition burning time and high explosive explosion time of delay electric detonator delay time, also includes the time of fusehead from electricity to combustion and igniting the detonator or delay domposition. Fusehead burning time accuracy not only affects the accuracy of delay detonator delay accuracy, but also affect the accuracy of digital electronic delay detonator.One of the main ingredient is potassium perchlorate in fusehead. Two types of potassium perchlorate will be divided into the firecrackers and fireworks according to purpose type, the main difference is the particle size, firecrackers particle type significantly smaller. We are using these two types, be made into fusehead, with a high speed photographic camera records its combustion process to calculate the burn time. Study the impact of delay time accuracy by these two types. Experimente results show that the particles finer type, faster on fire after the power, and time is more consistent. This paper studies suggest that bridge wire dipped in medicine production directly, different fuseheads, bubble size uneven, bridge wire contact state is different, would significantly increased its ignition timing error. The bridge wire first dipped in the nitrocellulose glue, after dipped in medicine, reducing its physical bridge wire heating rate of error, can significantly improve the accuracy of the drug ignition time. This is because the rubber in intimate contact with the bridge wire, almost no bubbles, better homogeneity inside, after a bridge wire is powered, the entire length of the bridge wire heating glue on it, and then ignited gunpowder, this eliminates the different bridge wire heating pharmaceutical area, and the difference in the heat transfer process, reducing the ignition timing error. Experiments show that the bridge wire first dipped in glue and then dipped in medicine, burning time error was controled inĀ±0.6ms, compared with the original fusehead production technology errorĀ±1.5ms, reduced by about50%.This article assumes that the bridge wire were wrapped in plastic (dip plastic) and completely (in extreme cases not dip plastic) bubble in the two scenarios.
