As an important chemical raw material,alcohol combustible liquid is widely used in military and civil fields.Alcohol liquid combustion and explosion accidents often occur in the process of use,resulting in casualties,property losses and bad social impact.The reason is the lack of ignition temperature data of some alcohol flammable liquid,the lack of theoretical support,and the lack of safety guidance in practical application.Based on this,this paper adopts the spontaneous ignition point tester of combustible liquid and the hot surface ignition temperature tester designed by itself to test the spontaneous ignition point and hot surface ignition temperature of representative anhydrous ethanol,methanol,n-propanol,isopropanol,n-butanol,isobutanol,secondary butanol,ethylene glycol and other flammable liquids.To explore the ignition temperature variation rule of alcohol combustible liquid,provide basic data for the safe use of alcohol combustible liquid,and provide reference for the formulation of corresponding protective measures and regulations,safety protection design and risk assessment.Specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)The experimental results for alcohol unit combustible liquids show that the auto-ignition point,the minimum ignition temperature at the hot surface and the 50% ignition temperature of straight-chain primary alcohols decrease with the increase in the number of carbon atoms.The average absolute deviation between the experimental and database values of the auto-ignition point is 20.55 ℃;the difference between the minimum ignition temperature and the 50% ignition temperature is 40-70 ℃;the delay time corresponding to the auto-ignition point and the hot surface ignition temperature are both lower than 20 s.In addition,the more the alcoholic combustible liquid is injected,the lower the hot surface ignition temperature of the liquid and the longer the delay time.(2)The experimental results of the alcohol binary combustible liquid show that the spontaneous ignition point and hot surface ignition temperature of the alcohol liquid are linear.And it’s going to be between the cell liquid values that have a bigger difference,and it’s going to be outside the cell liquid values that have a smaller difference.At the same time,the spontaneous combustion point of liquid and the ignition temperature of hot surface after mixing with isomers are higher than that of mixing with normal structure.The maximum difference of spontaneous combustion point is 52 ℃,and the maximum difference of hot surface ignition temperature is 99 ℃.(3)The experimental results of alcohol terpolymer combustible liquid show that: when the proportion of one liquid is fixed,the spontaneous combustion point or hot surface ignition temperature of the mixed liquid will increase with the increase of the liquid with high temperature in the remaining two liquids;When the two liquids are the same,the spontaneous ignition point or ignition temperature of the hot surface of the mixed liquid will change with the temperature of the third liquid.The spontaneous ignition point or ignition temperature of hot surface of mixed liquid is between the lowest and highest temperature of pure liquid.(4)The comparison between the spontaneous combustion point of combustible liquid and the ignition temperature of hot surface shows that the ignition temperature of hot surface of liquid is higher than the spontaneous combustion point.The difference between spontaneous ignition point and hot surface ignition temperature of alcohol unit combustible liquid is 70~180 ℃.The difference between spontaneous ignition point of binary combustible liquid and ignition temperature of hot surface is 60~150 ℃.The difference between spontaneous ignition point and hot surface ignition temperature of ternary mixture combustible liquid is 55~150 ℃.In a completely open environment or well ventilated condition,the hot surface of the liquid ignition temperature is very high,even will not appear ignition phenomenon.
