Compared with the solution electrospinning, melt electrospinning has a broad application prospet in filtration and biological medicine and other fields because of its wide raw material, non-toxic, pollution-free and higher product productivity. At the same time, the research and design and development of industrial equipment of melt electrospinning are still in the primary stage, so the research of melt industrialization of electrospinning equipment has a practical significance.Based on the laboratory equipment of single nozzle melt electrospinning, the high efficient electrospinning melt spinning nozzle of special structure was designed, that is the cone nozzle of the wind auxiliary. The melt electrospinning test-bed was built. The process parameters of melt electrospinning were researched. The influences of the melt flow rate, melt temperature, electric field intensity, auxiliary airflow and air velocity on the fiber diameter were analyzed.Based on the melt electrospinning of test-bed and the study of the process parameters, the related parameters of the spinning nozzle were optimized by ANSYS finite element. The electrospinning melt nozzle of industrialization equipment was designed. The overall scheme of melt electrospinning production line was analyzed. The whole melt electrospinning production line was assembled and the experiments of melt electrospinning were conducted research, the experimental results are ideal.The air filtration performance of melt electrospinning fiber membrane has been studied. The influences of fiber diameter and thickness of fiber membrane on air filtration performance were analyzed. |
