Quality Management Study For No.3BF United Pumping Station Project Of Qian-Steel

In the recent years, the external environment of projects have changed with varying degrees, and the complex issues of Project management process is ever-changing. The difficulty of project management is increasing day by day. At the same time,the concepts and methods of project management have become necessary for Senior management and increasingly enjoyed popular. The quantity and quality of talent pool and the depth and breadth of methods for project management have become mark and dependent of Business survival, competition, sustainable development ability.As a new discipline and industry,project management provides a powerful tool for organizations.It helps organizations improve the capacity of planning、implementing and controlling the various activities.And also it provides a method for using of their own staff and resources reasonably. This article firstly introduces project quality management theory and states concepts and features of project management as well as theory and content of quality management. Based on the above theory,taking No.3BF United Pumping Station project of Qian-Steel company as studing object, we analyze the Project Quality Management System from the perspective of this unit. The main contents include as follows:(1)according to the actural situation of No.3BF United Pumping Station project of Qian-Steel,we analyze the impact and management difficulties of the project Implementation.(2) Making use of the theory about the project quality management and refering the view about human resource management,management and so on, the quality management system of project is constructed.(3) we control quality about No.3BF United Pumping Station projec by using of the measure about the project quality management.(4) we analyze how the implementation of the quality management can impact the quality of engineering,discuss applicability and propose the corresponding advice.We use the project quality management system and make sure the project with high grade, high quality, high return can be comleted,and provide a mirror for related work of Qian-Steel company.
