Rice bran oil has a high nutritional value,it contain oryzanol, sterols and vitamin Eetc. For the high acid value and deep color of the crude rice bran oil,we uaually use alkalirefining,decolorization,and deodorization, decrease the acid value and removal the pigment,in order to reach the national standard of the high-grade rice bran oil. Decolorization is anindispensable prosees of high nutritional rice bran oil.The influence of conditions ofadsorption bleaching on decolorization effect of two kinds rice bran oil (alkali refining,steamstripping deacidification),Using the decolorization effect to rice bran oil and the retentionrate of oryzanol, sterols and vitamin E as examination indicator.Research decoloranttypes,decolorant dosage, bleaching temperature and bleaching time,learn the comprehensiveinfluence on the decolorization of Crude rice bran oil.Optimal the technology of rice bran oildesign,get high quality rice bran oil.1.From the decolorization test of refining deacidification rice bran oil, analysis theinfluence of the quality of rice bran oil to the decolorization test.Using the decolorizationeffect to rice bran oil and the retention rate of oryzanol, sterols and vitamin E as examinationindicator.The optimum adsorption bleaching processing conditions were obtained by singlefactor experiments and the probability analysis of orthogonal experiments. The optimumadsorption bleaching processing conditions of the refining rice bran oil were:attapulgite wasused as decolorant, decolorant dosage4%, bleaching temperature110℃, bleaching time30min.Bleached rice bran oil was obtained through the verification tests under the conditions,the decoloring rate of the rice bran oil was75.08%,the Lovibond color of the oil was Y35R2.1(22.4mm), the retention rates of oryzanol, sterols and vitamin E were88.89%,90.60%and78.68%, respectively, and the trans fatty acids were not detected in all oil samples. Pre-test and post-test,the content of oryzanol is0.90%、0.80%,the content of sterols is2.32%、 1.71%,the content of vitamin E50.57mg/100g、41.92mg/100g,there is no TFA.2.From the decolorization test of steam stripping deacidification rice bran oil,analysisthe influence of the quality of rice bran oil to the decolorization test.Using the decolorizationeffect of rice bran oil and the retention rate of oryzanol, sterols and vitamin E as examinationindicator.The optimum adsorption bleaching processing conditions were obtained by singlefactor experiments and the probability analysis of orthogonal experiments. Using the decolorization effect of rice bran oil and the retention rate of oryzanol,sterols and vitamin E as examination indicator,compared the decolorization test of two kindsof rice bran oil(refining deacidification,steam stripping deacidification). The test shows: Thedecolorizing effect of attapulgite were superior to active clay,the decolorizing effect ofrefining deacidification rice bran oil were superior to steam stripping deacidification rice branoil.Attapulgite was used as decolorant, decolorant dosage4%, bleaching temperature110℃,bleaching time30min.Bleached rice bran oil was obtained through the verification tests underthe conditions, the decoloring rate of the rice bran oil was75.08%,the Lovibond color of theoil was Y35R2.8(22.4mm), the retention rates of oryzanol, sterols and vitamin Ewere88.89%73.87%and82.90%, respectively.compared with the steam strippingdeacidification rice bran oil,its decoloring rate increased by7.84%,the retention rates of vitamin E increased by7.64%,the retention rates of oryzanol, sterols deceased by4.74%and4.58%,respectively. The trans fatty acids were not detected in chemical deacidification ricebran oil samples,the trans fatty acids were detected in physical deacidification rice bran oilsamples,its content were0.42%.Althought the retention rates of oryzanol and sterols israletively low,there retention rates still reached88.89%、73.87%,the content of them inbleached rice bran oil is0.80%、1.71%,if we just considerate the bleaching process,thereretention rate is high.4. Compared the decolorization test with attapulgite and activated clay of two kinds ofrice bran oil(refining deacidification,steam stripping deacidification),according to theexperiment results,make sure the best bleaching manufacturing technique and technologicalconditions of high quality rice bran oil.Improve the effect of decoloring,at the sametime,reduce adsorbent dosage,the loss of oil and the content of trans acid,get maximumbioactive subdtance,get high quality rice bran oil.
