Afterinvestigation and verification experiments of enterprises,draw the followingconclusion:1. The production of MgO-C brick enterprise standard and our formulation of MgO-Cbrick standard compared to the enterprise standard, slightly lower than the nationalstandard, the Magnesium Oxide content is relatively low, the analysis of chemicalcomposition of MgO-C brick production may add a little waste MgO-C brick, causingits physicochemical index is relatively low.2. The physiochemical indexes for MgO-C brick, detection of its compressivestrength, sampling four angle at the time of sampling should be WIP, which ensure atleast three of the original brick surface.3. The performance of recycled MgO-C brick is made, although there are individualindicators are not up to standard, but has also been greatly improved, considering thedifference of laboratory equipment and field equipment, the molding made of brick, itshould be able to meet the industry standards.4. The antioxidant properties of different antioxidant experiment method was used todetect the different kinds of MgO-C brick, MgO-C brick containing no antioxidantcan by weight loss method; The MgO-C brick containing different antioxidants mustadopt the method measuring the thickness of the oxide layer, and suggested the use ofmethod of transverse cutting samples, so that the four oxide thickness uniformity;Testing standards on oxidation resistance of MgO-C brick, should increase the antioxidation coating; The optimum temperature of MgO-C brick oxidation resistantcoating is1200℃,1200℃than lose anti oxidation effect. |
