The rapid development of China’s urbanization has led to the vigorous development of the construction industry.Concrete,as a widely used material in the construction industry, has greatly promoted the development of its component materials cement industry, accompanied by a large amount of resource consumption and serious environmental pollution. In contrast, the massive demolition of a large number of old buildings,so many demolition buildings, how to deal with the removal of construction waste is a big problem? Among them, abandoned and less sintered shale bricks have become an important part of the pollution source of land resources. If the abandoned sintered shale bricks can be effectively resourced,it can not only solve the environmental pollution problems caused by them, but also Reduce production costs for related industrial projects. The chemical composition analysis and XRD diffraction test of the discarded sintered shale brick powder by chemical titration showed that the main oxides of the waste sintered shale powder were silica(SiO2)and alumina(AL2O3),discarded sintered sheets.Rock brick powder is a typical siliceous material. Therefore, this paper designs orthogonal test with the fineness of brick powder and the substitution rate, and analyzes the influence mechanism of mechanical properties and partial durability of abandoned sintered shale brick powder concrete under the partial replacement of brick powder on cement; The scanning electron microscopy of the test samples was carried out by a desktop scanning electron microscope to reveal the influence mechanism of brick powder on the microscopic properties of brick powder concrete. In this paper, the orthogonal test was designed with the fineness of brick powder of 0.08 mm,0.10 mm,0.15 mm and the substitution rate of 5%,10% and 20%.The ordinary concrete with strength grade C40 was used as the blank control experiment.Study on the effect of waste sintered shale brick powder on concrete performance. The mechanical properties of the waste sintered shale brick powder concrete designed by this subject are found to be: after the brick powder partially replaces the cement,it will adversely affect the strength of the concrete to a certain extent, but at the appropriate fineness and substitution rate, the brick powder concrete The strength enhancement amount reached 15.29%;the axial compressive strength was in the range of 24.49MPa~29.81 MPa,and the highest value and the ordinary concrete strength value were not much different, the highest reduction rate was 10.2%;abandoned sintered shale brick powder concrete. The crack strength is in the range of 2.91 to 4.25 MPa,the highest strength increase rate is 26.8%,and the reduction rate is 9.8%;the flexural strength reaches 1/5 to 1/10 of the cubic compressive strength, and only one set Compared with the control group, the highest increase rate is 11.8%;under the condition of constant fineness, the elastic modulus of concrete decreases with the increase of cement substitution rate of brick powder. When the substitution rate is the same, the change in the elastic modulus is not significant. The microscopic analysis of the waste sintered shale brick powder concrete found that, from the overall effect, the partial replacement of the cement by the waste sintered shale brick powder can fully exert the mechanical occlusion of the brick powder on the cement material and the filling effect on the concrete pore.Reduce the development of internal micro-cracks in the initial stage of concrete pouring, reduce the porosity inside the concrete, increase the compactness of the concrete, and improve the excellent performance of the concrete.
