Its formation and development is the result of national (tribe) historical change, is deeply affected by many aspects, such as geographical environment, climatic conditions, mode of production and cultural exchanges, is an important component of Tibetan culture, is an important content in the study of Tibetan culture. So,comprehensive and systematic research of Gannan Tibetan costume culture helps to expand the research field of Tibetan history and culture, to promote the study of Tibetan culture to develop in depth, is conducive to better inherit and develop Tibetan culture.Gannan Tibetan costume is based on the social and historical content, it is not only a material carrier, but also has a certain spiritual symbolism, shows the multiple cul-tural factors. This paper is historical and cultural investigation of Tibetan traditional costume culture in Gannan.Through a view on the modern and contemporary Gannan Tibetan costume features, this article tracing its historical origin, studing its multicultural factors, elaboratingcharacteristics of the Gannan Tibetan costume. According to ethnic origin, geographical and historical development, Gannan Tibetan costume culture contains multicultural factors, one is the traditional Tibetan cultural factors, which is the core of Tibetan culture, also internal factors of Gannan Tibetan costume culture; another is the traditional Confucian culture, which is the core Chinese culture, also external factors of the Gannan Tibetan costume culture. In addition, there are other cultural factors, including the Persian culture, Mongolia culture and the Manchu, Qiang culture and so on. At the same time, this article discusses cultural factors of Central Asia and South Asia.
