Chang2oil accumulation in hua zi ping area belongs lowly infiltrates, lowly produces,low abundance. It is also called "three low" oil deposit. That has created manyprominent problem in the performance history, because of the objective geologicalcharacteristic in the "three low" oil deposit. Along with the development time extension, thepartial wells start the low efficiency and the non-benefit production, the liberated area blockmeasure potential slightly is limited, the chooses of the well and the layer becomes more andmore difficult. New production sub-area thickness is more and more thin, the reservesabundance is more and more low, the oil layer nature year by year the variations. Thus causedto produce the low efficiency well to increase year by year lowly, has become the importantattribute which the restriction oil-field development overall benefit enhanced.This paper is based on the instance investigation foundation, unifies my factory the actualsituation, was clear about has produced the low efficiency well lowly the definition, and toproduced the low efficiency well to carry on the careful classification lowly. From the surplusrecoverable resources, standpoint of sandstone maturity, reservoir heterogeneity and the lateralinconsistency, the paper has analysis the reason and studied the management techniques ofdifferent kinds of low production, low efficiency wells. Further more, the paper has putforward the technical countermeasure of ‘based on the injection adjustment. Combination ofchanging the production wells into injection wells, adjustment, fracturing, water plugging,bailing and shut in to enhance the reservoir potential and economic profits substantially.Through setting up of the economical evaluation modeling, and from three aspects, whichinclude production method limit, measurement profit limit and profit maximum, to discuss thelow production, low efficiency wells economical countermeasure of comprehensivemanagement. Economical evaluation has been studied for different management techniquesand the profit limit has been defined to guide the management of in situ low production, lowefficiency wells effectively.
