Because of slow reaction and a heavy task load, the way of traditional telephone command, manual record and gradual long-distance pipeline monitoring report are too difficult to meet the requirements of coordinated operation of custody transfer, supply and demand changes, and safe economic operation.With the development of computer science and technology,Industrial control systems based on computer networks occupy an increasingly important position in the production activities.SCADA systems was designed to solve the long-distance oil and gas pipeline monitoring and control,at home and abroad are very widely used for power plants, pipelines and centralized control station,to ensure reliable operation of the production to provide a strong guarantee.The article explores the computer as the core,using modern communication and information technology, industrial technology, intelligent control technology for remote real-time control,collecting real-time information and feedback,and automating decision-making and operations in some key parts,and then complete the oil (gas transmission) oil pipeline across the board and joint gathering station and pipeline networks and other on-site production monitoring and management.
