For lack of inorganic heat resistant coatings on their performance, This paper discusses the modified inorganic heat resistant coatings research. And invented a kind of inorganic-organic composite film of functional heat resistant coatings. At the same time, study on the corrosion resistance. The results show that:at high temperatures this subject Prepared the paint not only has a good heat resistance and oxidation resistance, but also has a function of resistanting to other chemical mediators (such as acids, bases, salts) corrosion. The optimum ratio of heat resistant coatings for Silicone is that:Mica:Anhydrous Borax:boron phosphate: Titanium dioxide:Zinc borate:iron red:=67:10:9:10:5:5:9.Part3, Experiments have detected high temperature performance, corrosion resistance and other basic properties of the resin and coatings. The results prove that the modified silicone resin having excellent heat resistance. While the heat resistance temperature of the coating is determined as600℃, and has good corrosion resistance.
