At present, the pumping unit variable frequency control device is widely used in major oil fields both at home and abroad, it is superior to improve oilfield implements production, energy conservation and the performance of the double, but in the widely used at the same time also has some problems, such as network side harmonic content is heavier, the problem such as low power factor and pumping power. Needle above problem, this paper according to the characteristics of the pumping unit group control, developed a high voltage dc power supply of the pumping frequency group control device, theoretically solved the problem.This article is based on the dc bus power supply technology research and development group control device, the principle of it is on the basis of single well energy-saving control, cancel many sets of cross-straight-to pay the rectifier part of frequency conversion control cabinet, making it the share a set of rectifier dc bus through unified power supply. This paper analyzes the principle of the system of rectifier and inverter control cabinet terminal, puts forward the special switching power supply suitable for dc bus power supply scheme, finally under the control of the single-chip microcomputer87c196mc for detecting system isolation drive unit and protection unit, etc. The hard software design. The group control system by dc bus connect many sets of pumping unit, fully embodies the pumping unit group advantage, so many sets of pumping unit generator can also feed sharing and recycling, improve the rectifier side harmonic content, improve the power factor, reduce the capacity of the network side of the transformer. Through testing in oilfield group control field, the results show that the variable frequency group control system than the conventional single well frequency conversion device has obvious advantages, improve the energy-saving efficiency of pumping unit, preliminarily demonstrates the feasibility of the system scheme.
