Cadmium ion on white cell count, effect of anti oxidase and digestive enzyme activity showed a certain dose effect relationship of the same:white blood cell count, activity of antioxidant enzymes and digestive enzyme activity with increasing concentration increasedfirstly and then decreased; and when at the same concentration, with prolonged exposed to cadmium ion time, white blood cell count, activity of antioxidant enzymes and digestive enzyme activity gradually reduced.2Effects of heavy metal chromium ions on the behavioral and physiological index of hybrid sturgeonIn the heavy metal chromium ions24h and48h, respiratory frequency and tail beat frequency of hybrid sturgeon increased gradually with the increase of concentration, but decreased to72h. Effects of chromium on hybrid sturgeon blood indexes and lipidperoxide content of MDA showed the same trend, with the concentration increased, the content of MDA, the number of red blood cells in the blood hemoglobin and serum increased gradually; and with the extension of time, these three kinds of index a nd gradually reduce. Effect of cadmium on white cell count, antioxidant enzymes and digestive enzyme activity had the same trend:with increasing concentration were first increased and then decreased; and when at the same concentration, with the extension of time, gradually reduce the digestive enzymes of hybrid sturgeon blood leukocyte count, serum anti oxidase activity and visceral tissue.3Effects of heavy metal ions on the behavioral and physiological index of hybrid sturgeonCopper ion to the hybrid sturgeon behavior indexes and blood parameters have the same influence tendency. With the increase of concentration, the respiratory rate andthe tail beat frequency of hybrid sturgeon increased gradually, the number of red cells and hemoglobin content increased; but with the extension of exposure time, four kinds of index decreased. Copper ion to the hybrid sturgeon white blood cell, CAT, SOD and GSH-PX enzyme activity showed a certain dose effect relationship:the white blood cells, CAT, SOD and GSH-PX activity increased with the increase of copper ions increase firstly and then decrease; and when at the same concentration, with exposure to copper ion is prolonged, white cells and anti oxidase activity decreased. Show a significant induction of low concentration of copper ion on the hybrid sturgeonanti oxidase activity and immune cells; high concentration of ions inhibit the immune and antioxidant function. Digestive enzyme of copper ion on the hybrid sturgeon visceral tissues and dose effect relationship of the same:the activity of pepsin, amylaseand lipase concentration was increased at first and then decreased; in the same concentration, with the extension of exposure in the copper ion time, gradually reduced live digestive enzyme.4Effects of heavy metal zinc ions on the behavioral and physiological index of hybrid sturgeonIn the heavy metal zinc ion treatment24h and48h,0.1mg/L and0.5mg/L gradient group of respiratory frequency and tail beat frequency lower than that of the control group, the1mg/L gradient group was higher than that in control group, three experimental groups with the hybrid sturgeon behavior index increased by increasing the concentration of; to72h between the three groups of experimental groups had no significant difference, but both significantly lower than the control group. Red blood cell count and hemoglobin content in24h and48h, with the increase of the concentration gradually increased,the72h decreased;when at the same concentration, the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin content in blood decreased hybrid sturgeon. Effect of zinc ions on amylase and lipase visceral white cells in the blood, the number of hybrid sturgeon serum antioxidant enzyme activity and lipid peroxide content in tissues ofMDA, showed the same trend with the increase of the concentration, which were first increased and then decreased; in the same concentration, with the extension of time, these indicators gradually reduce. Pepsin hybrid sturgeon with increasing concentration significantly reduced, when at the same concentration, with the extensionof time, the activity of pepsin were decreased.... | Keywords/Search Tags: | heavy metal ion, performance index, blood index, antioxidant enzyme, lipid peroxide, digestive enzyme, hybrid sturgeon | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
