| The factors affecting the comprehensive physical properties and plasticized rubber production rate of nitrile rubber N41finished products are studied by analyzing the running conditions of15000ton/year nitrile rubber plant, and related solutions are proposed. The factors affecting the comprehensive physical properties of nitrile rubber N41finished products are studied and resolved in the following four aspects:N41polymerization conversion rate and steady rate increase from around60%to more than90%after remolding of the initiator system and acrylonitrile-water concentration system; N41bound acrylonitrile steady rate increases from91.5%to95.1%; the same quantity of age resister is added during analysis of online mucilage Mooney and large tanks of mucilage Mooney to prevent Mooney analytical errors meanwhile adding sufficient age resister during production can prevent Mooney attenuation during product placement; the content of residual calcium chloride in nitrile rubber N41finished products is controlled between800and1200mg/kg through fabrication processing to increase the tensile strength, stress at a300%elongation, and rate of premium-grade products. The factors affecting the plasticized rubber production rate are analyzed and resolved in the following three aspects:after the quantity of age resister added to mucilage in the original formula is increased by1.5times, the plasticized rubber produced during the production of nitrile rubber N41decreases; the plasticized rubber production rate decreases obviously with fall of dryer temperature; reducing the sink stirring speed can effectively slow down sink turbulence, uniformize rubber particles, and reduce subtle particles so that the particles will hardly stick to meshes of the dryer board, effectively reducing the plasticized rubber production rate. |
