| Metal, wood, concrete and other materials which received the chemical or electrochemical effects of ambient medium would be corroded down, the corrosion problems not only consume precious wealth, but also destroy the normal life of us, production and so on, so more and more people pay close attention to the environmental pollution and corrosion. Along with enhancement of the people environmental protection consciousness and energy conservation, so the water-borne epoxy anticorrosive coating has become the important development of coating development and research hot spot because of its low volatile organic compounds.The basic formula of waterborne epoxy anti-corrosion coating was preliminarily determined by orthogonal experiment L16(45). Explored the effects of dosage and ratio, such as the dosage of waterborne epoxy emulsion, defoaming agent, dispersant, iron-titanium powder, and the ratio of emulsion dosage and curing agent dosage, on the waterborne epoxy anti-corrsion performance.The results showed that when the dosage of waterborne epoxy emulsion was39%(wt%, below), the defoamer dosage was2.8%o, dispersant dosage was4%, the iron-titanium powder dosage was15%, and the ratio of emulsion dosage and curing agent dosage was2.08, Its adhesion was level1, resistance to impact strength is50cm, flexibility was lmm, and it has good solvent resistance, the corrosion phenomenon dose not appear when coatings soak in alkaline solution for8days and salt solution for22days. So the comprehensive performance of the coating was best, to make sure that the basic performance coatings conform to relevant national standards.On the basis of the basic formula, the paper discussed the coating properties of conducting electrostatic and anticorrosion when flake graphite and carbon black taken as conductive filler, determine the content of conductive filler (9%), binder ratio (P/B) was1.79, and the regular performance test and electrochemical test results showed that the conducting electrostatic and anticorrosion performance were best. Finally, chose the silicon sol as addition to the waterborne epoxy emulsion to prepare inorganic and organic composite coating, and discussed anticorrosive effect when silicon sol was used in the preparation of coating. |
